ABB CI858K01 uses Motorola DSP56303 processor (72 MHz main frequency) and Xilinx FPGA chip, with powerful logic computing capabilities and can handle complex control algorithms. Its analog input module supports 8 channels of 0-20mA/4-20mA signals, 12-bit resolution, and temperature drift as low as 50ppm/°C, which is suitable for scenarios with strict accuracy requirements.

CI858K01 integrates online inertia identification, automatic gain adjustment and other functions, and can quickly complete parameter optimization through iMotion software. In addition, it supports online IO exchange, and modules can be replaced without downtime, significantly reducing maintenance costs.

CI858K01 uses dual-port RAM (DPRAM) to achieve redundant communication between the controller and the module to ensure stable data transmission. ABB promises to provide at least 25 years of technical support and is compatible with existing system upgrades to avoid repeated investment.

CI858K01 can connect up to 12 I/O units and supports a variety of expansion modules (such as NAIO-03 analog I/O, NPCT-01 pulse counter, etc.) to meet automation needs of different scales.
