The high resolution signal processing
The ABB NTAI06 is equipped with 16-bit analog-digital converter (ADC) with a linearization algorithm to achieve a signal conversion accuracy better than ±0.1% FSR. It is capable of multi-channel synchronous sampling: it can be applied to situations where multiple analog quantities need to be monitored in real time, such as acquisition of sensor signals, such as temperature, pressure and flow.
Anti-jamming and reliability design
EMC brackets: ABB NTAI06 is certified by CE, adopting electromagnetic compatible design, resistant to the high frequency interference and electrostatic discharge (ESD) in industrial environments.
Self-test function: NTAI06 has self-diagnostic function, which is a built-in on-line self-diagnosis program to be able to monitor the status of each channel in real time (disconnection, short-circuit, etc.) and output diagnostic codes respectively through LED display and communication interface.
Redundant power input: NTAI06 redundant dual input power supply (24VDC redundancy) will continues to operate during power supply failure.
Flexible system integration
Modular expansion: NTAI06 is available for use with SPASI analog input modules as a core unit of the Infi 90 system. A maximum of 16 channels is supported by a single system whereas the number of monitoring points can be expanded by using expansion units.
Protocol compatible: It can bee easily connected to others ABB control systems (not limited in S800 I/O) by CEX-Bus, supports OPC and OPC UA to the cloud data.
Engineering configuration: NTAI06 adopts graphical configuration tools (such as ABB Relion Manager) to complete the parameter configuration, realize key parameter such as channel gain moment and filter time constant remote adjustment, thus simplifying debugging difficulty.

Process Automation
The NTAI06 is designed to acquire analog signals (temperature, pressure, liquid level, etc.) in petrochemical, power and other industries, to provide real-time DCS/SIS system to realize closed-loop control and safety interlock function.
Energy Management
The ABB NTAI06 can acquire the analog data of the photovoltaic inverter and the energy storage device in the distributed energy system and upload the production line to the cloud via the OPC UA protocol for energy optimization and predictive maintenance.
Industrial Environment of Complexity
In the severe conditions, such as metallurgy, paper making and so on, NTAI06 has wide temperature range operation and strong anti-interference ability, which are beneficial to the stability of signal collection.
