Vibration Monitoring: Bently Nevada 3500/61 continuously and accurately monitor the vibration level of machinery components and can make real-time measurements of various parameters such as vibration displacement, velocity, and acceleration. 

Alarm and shutdown: Bently Nevada 3500/61 comes with a completely programmable alarm and shutdown system where users set synchronization points depending on the actual machine or unit of concern. If there is a situation where there is abnormal high-level vibration from the units exceeding the set points, then alarms will be activated and/or shutdown commands, where necessary, may start to prevent further harm to the machine. 

Data Acquisition and storage: It allows for acquiring a significant amount of dynamic data that may be stored over time. It allows for eventual retrieval and further analysis of trend patterns, anticipatory detection of issues, and evaluation of maintenance actions conducted.

Integration with Other Systems: Bently Nevada 3500/61 has been designed to be straightforward for integration with other monitoring and industrial control systems. Modbus and EtherNet/IP communication protocols for data flow and fostering synchronized operations within a bigger industrial network are well supported. 

Advanced Signal Processing: Incorporation of advanced signal processing algorithms in Bently Nevada 3500/61 can remove some noise and interference from the raw vibration signals. That is said to enhance its S/N ratio while offering a much better and more reliable basis for vibration analysis. 

Petrochemical Field: Bently Nevada 3500/61 is frequently applied in the health management of important equipment such as compressors and pump units. The wide-band vibration monitoring (10Hz - 10kHz) capability makes it capable of capturing more complex signals.
