Gate drive: DS200FGPAG1ALD provides gate power for the three-phase SCR bridge to ensure synchronous triggering of the thyristors, supports ±15V gate signal output, and has a drive current range of 0.5-2A (specific parameters need to be adjusted in combination with the application scenario).
