GE IS200ESELH1AAA Key FeaturesVOGI
Precise signal management: As the core component of the EX2100 excitation control system, the GE IS200ESELH1AAA receives six logic-level gate pulse signals from the main I/O board (EMIO), which are processed and distributed to the EGPA (excitation gate pulse amplifier board) to ensure accurate and reliable timing control of the excitation system.
High reliability design: No jumpers or test points to reduce potential failure points; industrial-grade components and optical isolation technology are used to resist electromagnetic interference and support wide temperature operation from -30°C to 65°C.
Intelligent status monitoring: The GE IS200ESELH1AAA displays the working status in real time through three LED indicators (power, activation, and gate control) for quick diagnosis; it supports self-diagnosis function, which can detect signal abnormalities and output fault codes.
Flexible and compatible architecture: The GE IS200ESELH1AAA is compatible with the VME backplane and can be seamlessly integrated with the Mark VIe or EX2100 system through the P1/P2 connector; it supports simplex and triple redundant (TMR) configurations to meet control requirements of different complexities.

GE IS200ESELH1AAA InstallationVOGI
Installation points
Hardware installation
Confirm compatibility with Mark VI/VIe or EX2100 system and VME backplane, support simplex/triple redundant (TMR) mode.
After power off, wear anti-static equipment, insert vertically into the backplane slot, fix the screws and connect the input and output cables (EMIO input→EGPA output).
After power on, check the LED lights: Power, Active, Gating (signal transmission) must light up normally.
Software configuration
Set parameters (signal delay, redundancy mode) through GE Proficy tools, test signal timing and amplitude.
Verify redundancy function: simulate main card failure and confirm automatic switching of standby card.
Environmental requirements
Operating temperature: -30°C~65°C, avoid moisture and strong electromagnetic interference.
Clean the board regularly, check the connector for looseness, and read the self-diagnostic code to troubleshoot hidden dangers.
