Safety Control Function: F3112 has powerful safety control functions. As an important part of HIMA safety control system, it can monitor various key parameters and signals in industrial processes in real time. Once an abnormal situation occurs, such as when the equipment exceeds the set safety limit or a fault signal occurs, the abnormal situation will trigger emergency stop, power off, open the safety valve and other immediate corrective safety actions, thereby ensuring the safety of personnel, equipment and environment.
Signal Processing and Conversion: It can process and convert the input analog and digital signals. For analog signals, filtering, amplification, linearization and other processing can be performed to improve the quality and accuracy of the signal; for digital signals, logical operations, data storage and transmission can be performed to achieve precise control and status monitoring of such equipment in industrial sites.
System integration function: It can be seamlessly integrated with other HIMA modules and third-party devices.
