System Adaptation: The 19-inch, 5-unit high central rack where Hima F7531 is located is equipped with an integrated fan unit. The central rack can be equipped with up to 3 power supply modules, and the power supply modules are switched in parallel. Usually 1 to 2 power supply modules can power the system. Adding 1 power supply module can improve system availability.

Powerful logic control function: Hima F7531 has built-in powerful PLC function, which can flexibly write control logic programs according to the actual needs of users, support multiple programming languages such as ladder diagrams and instruction tables, and facilitate engineers with different programming habits to operate.

High-speed data transmission optimizes responsiveness: Fast data flow greatly improves the response speed of the entire industrial system. Hima F7531 ensures that control instructions are sent to the equipment in a timely manner, and the equipment operation data is also synchronously fed back to the dispatching center, optimizing power distribution, improving the efficiency and stability of power grid operation, and enhancing the real-time and flexibility of the entire industrial automation system.

LNG tank management: Control tank level, pressure and emergency shut-off valves to prevent cryogenic leaks or overpressure accidents.

Power and energy industry: Millisecond-level safety shutdown based on compressor surge prevention, turbine overspeed, and lubricating oil pressure.

Nuclear power auxiliary system: Handles non-safety-level but very reliable control logic, such as nuclear island ventilation and cooling water circulation.

Transportation and infrastructure: Automatically intercept vehicle/pedestrian intrusions through integrated train signaling systems, cross guardrails and surveillance cameras.
