The triconex 4000056-002 meets the IEC 61508 SIL 3 standard and is designed for applications with high safety integrity level (SIL) requirements, such as nuclear power, petrochemical, etc.
The design is implemented using with Hardware Triple Module Redundancy (TMR) architecture, and has hardware redundancy and voting mechanism to achieve fault tolerance.
The health of the module is monitored in real time through Triconex 4000056-002 (for example, channel disconnection, short circuit, overload, etc.) and the problem is quickly located by system alarm.
