Vibration Signal Conditioning: Vibro IQS452 is used for the vibration signal received from the sensor. This is to help ensure the reliability and fidelity of the obtained vibration data, as it amplifies and filters the weak electrical signal emitted by the vibration sensor, thus increasing the signal-to-noise ratio. Once condition signal is generated, it is sent for further analysis and monitoring of the vibration status of the equipment/structure under test.

Supports local processing and analysis of a large variety of vibration sensors: Vibro IQS452 supports a broad portfolio of VIBRO-METER sensors such as TQ402 series eddy current sensors. Selection of the most appropriate sensor can be made based on the full spectrum of required parameters for measurement, which may include measuring range, type of operating environment and type of equipment to be monitored. 

Accurate Measurement And Monitoring: To ensure that the amplitude and frequency of vibrations can be accurately measured independently, Vibro IQS452 operates on the basis of internal operating signals meeting the conditions required for performing its functional applications. Using this information, the detectable parameters enable the prediction of mechanical failures in advance. Examples include: imbalance, misalignment, bearing wear and churning feedback in rotating machinery, reciprocating engines or other vibrating structures. Reducing expensive breakdowns and maintenance downtimes.
