Humidity: up to 95 % non-condensing
Shock/Vibration: IEC 60068-2 compliant
Key Features
VOGI
Multi-Channel Integration
Four eddy-current probe conditioners in one module save rack space and simplify wiring.
Wideband, High-Resolution Conditioning
DC–20 kHz bandwidth captures both slow shaft deflection and high-frequency vibration content.
Built-In Linearity & Temperature Compensation
Ensures probe output stays within ± 1 % linearity across the full range and temperature span.
Per-Channel Status LEDs
Front-panel “OK” and “Fault” indicators for rapid health checks without auxiliary tools.
Flexible Outputs
Standard 0–10 V outputs feed protection cards (MPC4) and DAQs; optional 4–20 mA adds compatibility with PLC/DCS loops.
Hot-Swap Capability
Module can be inserted or removed under power in a VM600 rack, minimizing maintenance downtime.

Applications
VOGI
Steam-Turbine Journal Bearing Monitoring
Four TQ402 probes (two vertical, two horizontal) on a high-speed turbine feed one EC240. Voltage outputs drive MPC4 trip logic; current loops feed the DCS for real-time eccentricity control.
Gas-Compression Train Air-Gap Control
EC240 conditions four proximity probes at impeller faces. When any gap falls below 0.5 mm, the PLC automatically reduces load—preventing blade rubs and mechanical damage.
Hydroelectric Generator Shaft Position & Vibration
Probes on generator bearings routed to EC240 in a VM600 rack. The conditioned 0–10 V signals feed CMC16 cards for trend analysis of thermal bow and high-frequency resonance.
